A system for automatically transporting wafer and glass-related products to the equipment side, regardless of the inspection device.
We handle a "wafer transport device" that can be used with any microscope manufacturer. Full automatic transport is possible in combination with an automatic stage. (Communication with the inspection device is required.) We also consider transport for items other than wafers.
